Role Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to optimize our operations, analyze market trends, and support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and enhance performance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Evaluate and improve workflows in logistics, supply chain, and sales.
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards for performance monitoring.
  • Recommend cost-saving strategies and support budget alignment.
  • Implement and optimize ERP and CRM systems.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage risk.
  • Analyze key operational metrics and provide actionable insights to the COO.
  • Support the CTO in evaluating and implementing technological solutions.
  • Track and report on operational and technological initiatives.
  • Research emerging technologies and their applicability to company operations.
  • Prepare performance reports and dashboards for executive monitoring.
  • Coordinate with technology vendors and manage seamless integrations.
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the COO and CTO.
  • Organize travel plans, prepare itineraries, and handle executive correspondence.
  • Document executive meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action points.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain, Healthcare Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, preferably in healthcare or distribution.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
