• Collaborate with cross-functional teams / Stakeholders to analyze functional and technical requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain .NET applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and issues.
• Design and implement integration strategies for connecting .NET-based systems with other enterprise systems, databases, and external APIs. Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between different components.
• Optimize .NET solutions for performance, scalability, and reliability. Identify potential bottlenecks and propose effective solutions to improve system efficiency and response time.
• Ensure the security and compliance of .NET solutions by implementing appropriate security measures, authentication mechanisms, and data protection strategies.
• Resource should work independently in terms of making changes in the existing module or implement new module from the scratch (including UI design)
• Should be able to provide estimate for assigned JIRA stories
• Committed sprint stories should be delivered on time based on the provided estimate
• Resource should take the responsibility for end-to-end testing
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance your technical skills.
  
  
  

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Proven 10+ experience as a Senior .NET Software Engineer, with a strong background in designing and developing .NET applications.

• Expertise in .NET framework, ASP.NET MVC with C#, ASP.NET Web APIs, Entity Framework (Code First), Web Services (SOAP/REST)
• Experience with XML/JSON, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and Bootstrap
• Proficient in Microsoft SQL Server
• Good at understanding API documentations to integrate with third party systems
• Excellent at debugging and finding issues in the existing code
• Strong understanding of software development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and version control.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Should have good understanding of modern-day security climate.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
