You’ll get a possibility to become part of a team that is end-2end responsible for delivery and operations of IT systems and is involved in all phases of their lifecycle, starting from analysis, design, through development, quality assurance up to operational support.

DevOps Engineers play an important part in our agile teams and under the role we expect a combination of development, technical design, testing and support skills. They need to understand and implement requirements based on best technical solution, consider reuse of the developed code, are also responsible for technical testing of the code and need to use automation wherever possible. DevOps Engineers need to be team players who actively share their knowledge in the team and bring in their experiences as well as improvement ideas to increase quality and further develop the systems. They also solve incidents based on tickets, establish a proper monitoring of the system and implement change requests.

For the DevOps Engineer role, possessing 3 to 5 years of experience in developing & supporting applications is needed. A solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including CI/CD, testing, automation, Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience with analysis and development within Java, Linux, SQL databases, scripting, is required, experience with tools and platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, GitHub, Jenkins, Splunk will be advantageous.

This DevOps Engineer position requires the ability to work autonomously, effectively prioritize tasks, and manage workload under pressure. Given the multinational nature of our environment, proficiency in spoken and written English is invaluable for seamless collaboration with teams across regions.
