Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Trainer with 7+ years of hands-on project management experience to join our team remotely. This role is key to delivering high-quality Project Management training courses to our global student base. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean, and a passion for teaching professionals at all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver High-Quality Training: Teach our global students project management methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Lean, through live virtual sessions.
• Create Engaging Learning Materials: Develop and update course content, including presentations, exercises, and case studies to enhance the learning experience.
• Facilitate Interactive Sessions: Lead remote, interactive training workshops and webinars, ensuring students understand key concepts and can apply them in real-world scenarios.
• Support and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to students, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they are on track to complete the course successfully.
• Evaluate Progress: Assess student performance through quizzes, assignments, and feedback to monitor progress and improve course content.
• Stay Updated: Continuously update your knowledge on the latest project management trends, tools, and methodologies to ensure courses remain relevant.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of practical project management experience, with at least 3+ years in delivering project management training or coaching.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or other equivalent certifications.
• Excellent communication, remote teaching expertise, and in-depth knowledge of project management principles and tools.

Work Environment:

• Location: Remote position, work from anywhere (India).
• Schedule: Flexible hours with training sessions scheduled across different time zones to accommodate a global student base.
