Job Description

• Coordinate resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Track project health to ensure successful completion of short and long term goals of the project.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Effectively manage and publish weekly/monthly executive updates and facilitate steering committee meetings
• Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Manage and report risks at a project level to make timely recommendations that will minimize risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Works collaboratively and professionally with other associates in cross functional teams to achieve goals
• Apply a sense of urgency, commitment and focus on the right priorities in developing solutions in a timely fashion
• Manage change request effectively.
• Work on the RFP/RFI, as per the need and contribute at org level initiatives
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience in .NET Framework ,.Net Core or PHP Framework
• Must have good understanding of SDLC phases of application development
• Must be working in a techno-managerial role.
• Must have delivered several different types of project of varying complexities and sizes
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management and leading teams in the information technology sector
• Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Align project objectives and project team's alignment on objectives
• Extensive experience on delivery management using Waterfall and Agile methodology.
• Participate in completion and implementation solution documentation
