Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Associate Project Management with a focus on ERP/ SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing SAP projects, including S/4HANA initiatives, and will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing project tasks to ensure successful delivery. The candidate should have a strong understanding of project management methodologies and SAP S/4HANA solutions to drive seamless integration and business process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Execution:

- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation for ERP/ SAP S/4HANA projects. - Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure delivery aligns with established objectives, budget, and timelines.

- Manage risks, dependencies, and issues related to SAP S/4HANA implementations.

• Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including internal teams, external vendors, and key business users.

- Facilitate effective communication between project team members and stakeholders, ensuring transparency and project alignment.

• Team Coordination and Leadership:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technical consultants, developers, and functional analysts, to deliver project objectives.

- Guide project team members and provide clear direction to meet goals, resolve conflicts, and foster a positive team environment.

• Project Monitoring and Reporting:

- Track and report project progress, metrics, and key deliverables.

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project status reports, project plans, and other relevant documentation.

• Process Optimization:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem and collaborate with the appropriate teams to implement enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to industry best practices, standards, and company policies in all project phases.

Key Skills:

• Experience: 3-5 years of project management experience, specifically with SAP projects and SAP S/4HANA implementations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
• SAP Expertise: Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules, functionalities, and implementation lifecycles.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot issues, identify solutions, and drive results.
