Job Description:

• Diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues
• Performing updates configuration changes and backups
• Managing network operations for data communications
• Ensuring that network infrastructure is properly documented
• Researching evaluating maintaining and performing code upgrades
• Managing monitoring and maintaining a private IP MPLS carrier network
• Plan schedule and implement network upgrades assist in implementations and migrations
• Provide changeproblem management support
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring systems processes and the creation of hardware devices
• Diagnose and resolve every connectivity issue perform updates configuration changes and backups
• Be available and willing to cover shifts as required to rapidly troubleshoot any problems resulting from the changes and or faults
• Ensure global network support and maintain high system availability in collaboration with external suppliers
• Perform relevant duties on a daytoday basis
• Create and maintain documentation for monitoring processes network diagrams and existing device inventory
• Monitor and maintain all the network devices LAN devices routers switches wifi controllers etc and any other related equipment and services
• Identify missioncritical production networkrelated issues and troubleshoot enduser issues
• Strong interpersonal communication and clientfacing skills Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience
• Excellent oral communication and customer relations skills Ability to communicate and interact at all levels of the organizations hierarchy Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to a business audience
• Manage network operations for data communications including scheduled maintenance upgrades obsolescence and capacity requirements Ensure that network infrastructure is properly documented and meets architecture designs and standards
• Worked alongside global partners in a 247 environment

• Excellent troubleshooting skills Logical thinker with good analytical skills

Education Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with or a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience is required
• Good understanding and relevant experience with LAN technologies
• Cisco certification is required CCNA
• Understanding of WIFI technologies
• Understanding of DC technologies
• CCNP preferred
