Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with Product, Sales and Finance to improve operations health.

• Develop metrics and reports that can be used to drive data driven decisions.
• Define operations problems and identify right metrics, lead and lag indicators and provide actionable insights.
• Participate in planning discussions & make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to drive desired business outcomes.
• Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into digestible and actionable format

Skills And Expertise

• BE/B Tech/Degree in Math
• Work experience (1-3 years)
• Strong problem solving ability is a must for this role
• Proficiency with Advanced Excel and Advanced SQL (Optional: R). Advanced SQL writing skills on large databases
• Ability to identify right metrics to track, expert at data visualization and presentation
• Excellent critical thinking skills backed by clear verbal and written communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
