In this role, you will be the first line of customer support, addressing technical inquiries and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless user experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to clients via email, chat, and phone
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software issues reported by customers
• Document customer interactions and issues in the ticketing system
• Collaborate with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong understanding of software development concepts and troubleshooting techniques
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
