Are you passionate about product performance, strategic analysis, and data driven decision-making? As the Product Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing reporting and insights, designing new products, and making strategic and tactical recommendations to optimise the performance of HBFs product portfolio.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Product Strategy & Performance, you will simplify complex data to create actionable insights and identify opportunities for improvement to ensure that the portfolio performs in line with our pricing strategy, risk appetite, and key business metrics.
