Strategic Staffing Solutions International’s client is a global provider of credit information and risk management solutions, helping businesses and financial institutions make informed decisions.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead the development of innovative decision analytics solutions across the Baltics. As the Head of Decision Analytics, you will play a key role in addressing client challenges and setting market best practices. This position requires a seasoned expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the credit risk sector, ready to collaborate with international and cross-functional teams, including regional sales, product development, and IT.
Key responsibilities:
Leadership & Coordination:
- Lead the decision analytics function in the Baltics.
- Coordinate and support a team of analysts and data scientists across three countries. Product Management:
- Manage existing decision analytics products and spearhead new product development.
- Create and implement product strategies.
- Gain deep insights into competitors, market trends, and customer needs. Market Engagement:
- Work with local market teams to identify and seize opportunities for delivering complex risk and customer management solutions. Project Management:
- Oversee personal time, costs, and deliverables to ensure high-quality projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a financial institution within the credit risk domain.
- Proven experience in building and maintaining credit risk or other statistical models.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
- Ability to identify client-specific requirements and implement appropriate Creditinfo solutions.
- Outstanding project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Proficient in SQL, statistical modelling tools and Python.

The offered salary is up to 6000 eur/gross.
