Your Area Of Responsibility Includes The Following Tasks

• Facility management for our offices in Tallinn and Tartu
• Employee access to the office, visitor's management
• First point of contact for the landlord and all suppliers
• Organization of office supply, office material as well as some nice treats for our employees
• Monthly trips to Tartu office
• Global travel management
• Support with onboarding of new employees
• Review and approval of invoices, cooperation with accounting department
• Organization of team events for both teams
• Coordination of the planned renovation project in Tallinn office

• Search for an employment in an international company with strong vision and culture
• Can be present on site in our Tallinn office for 40 hours a week and can regularly visit the office in Tartu (at least one a month)
• Have previous work experience as an Office Manager (3+ years)
• Enjoy office organizational work and support and bring self-confidence in dealing with vendors as well as colleagues
• Are fluent in Estonian and English and willing to communicate and collaborate with international environment
