The Job in a Nutshell

Coolbet is looking for a talented Senior Financial Analyst to be part of our dynamic team! In this role, you’ll take the lead in planning, reporting, analysis, and decision support for both our Corporate and Operational departments. Your work will be vital in managing global expenses and resources, producing insightful management reports, and collaborating with key stakeholders to deliver on FP&A responsibilities. Our Finance function plays a central role in the company’s strategic planning, encompassing FP&A, investor relations, corporate development, tax, accounting, and treasury. With our team spanning across Estonia, the UK, and the USA you’ll be joining a global and impactful finance community.


A Sneak Peek into Your Role

  • Being an active member of a professional team focused on financial planning and strategic development.
  • Contributing to the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts.
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company’s operations.
  • Preparing analytical reports and presentations of financial data, providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Supporting stakeholders with monthly analytical summaries of business development, financial results, and key statistics/KPIs.
  • Gaining a comprehensive understanding of all facets of the business to enhance efficiency and provide quality support to business partners.
  • Transforming financial data into formats better suited for analytics and visualization.
  • Identifying new opportunities for the company to explore, including areas where additional data collection could enable deeper analysis.


You’re good at

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a relevant area, ideally in planning, analysis, or business intelligence in an international setting.
  • A good understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial statements.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for financial modeling. Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, data visualization, or budgeting tools is a plus but not required.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Capability of simplifying complex systems into clear financial and operational models.
  • Solid business and financial knowledge, with the ability to anticipate the impact of changes in assumptions or inputs.
  • You are a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills, open-minded with an international perspective, thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent, yet a reliable team member. Excel at time management and remain flexible, ready to adjust priorities when needed.
  • Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
