PRODUCT SPECIALIST, ONLINE CASINO

We are looking for a Product Specialist for a permanent and full-time position to ensure Veikkaus’ Online Casino success. Your primary focus in this position will be to bring Veikkaus customers the best online casino games and gaming experience in the industry. As Online Casino Product Specialist, you will be part of the team that ensures the excellence of our digital casino business.

Your main responsibility is to prepare and execute online casino game releases. You will work internally and externally with several cross-functional teams to ultimately ensure the best customer experience.

You Will

• Take care of documentation and localization of game releases
• Execute daily operational tasks regarding online casino roadmap and products visibility on site and application.
• Produce written content mostly in Finnish regarding different areas of casino games and gaming features.
• Align with Sales & Marketing, Front End and other teams on game / campaign launches so that they will be happen accurately and in agreed timelines.
• Co-operate across the board, whether that be externally with our Online Casino suppliers, Gaming Regulator or with internal Veikkaus teams.
• Respond to player questions and solve end user inquiries in co-operation with our customer support and other teams.
• Monitor and analyze gaming and site data to understand our online casino customers and their playing habits in order to optimize our portfolio offering and customer satisfaction
  
  

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Strong sense of accountability for goals and deliverables.
• High motivation and can-do attitude to deliver the best product and customer satisfaction
• Commercially focused and dynamic mindset. Able to work in fast paced and constantly changing industry
• Solid knowledge of online casino product and understanding of industry trends and regulations.
• Preferably at least two years of experience at online casino or other gaming industry role(s)
• Good communication skills and able to provide written content in both Finnish and English
• Able to be a team player, we work and succeed together
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken Finnish and English
