We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Advisory Consultant (GRC) to join our dynamic team. As a consultant, you will play a crucial role in advising our clients on governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) strategies to enhance their cybersecurity posture. You will work closely with clients to identify risks, implement effective strategies, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance to clients on GRC frameworks and strategies, with a focus on cyber security.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing security programs, identifying gaps and vulnerabilities.
  • Develop and implement effective GRC policies, procedures, and standards that align with clients' goals and industry best practices.
  • Advise clients on compliance requirements, as well as GDPR, NIST, ISO 27001, NIS2 and DORA other relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement risk mitigation strategies and incident response plans.
  • Evaluate and recommend security technologies and solutions to address specific client needs.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person incident response tabletop exercises.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and deliver client training and workshops on GRC topics.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, trends, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, etc.). Master's degree or relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, GIAC, CISM, CRISC, etc.) are a plus.
  • Proven experience in GRC advisory roles within the cybersecurity domain.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices related to GRC.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
