• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering.
• Ensure solutions adhere to high standards of performance, transparency, and ethical considerations.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems.
• Proficiency in Python and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in advanced natural language processing and data modelling.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and tools (AWS, SageMaker, ECS, EKS, Airflow).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
