Backend Developer (PHP/Golang)

Work with us to tackle high-load APIs and systems requiring hundreds of servers, handle scalability challenges with hundreds of thousands of requests per second, utilize the newest tech stack (PHP, frameworks, databases), engage in daily big data projects, influence industry practices and standards, and thrive in our fully containerized environment with over five years of Kubernetes in production.

Your day-to-day:

Develop a system and solutions that could be easily scalable
Write clean, tested, documented code that delivers real business value
Face-to-face with big data on daily basis
Deliver and review technical design, code, and documentation
Create, review and maintain multiple microservices in order to optimize them for best performance and stability

Your skills & experience:

Have deep knowledge in PHP (preferably Symfony framework, other frameworks - nice to have)
Know how SQL and NoSQL databases work and how to write optimized queries and debug them if needed
Have some experience with any of the following technologies we extensively use in our stack: Kubernetes, Microservices, Kafka, MySQL clusters, Gitlab CI, ElasticSearch, Redis
Know why automated tests can save the world
Real-time data processing and event streaming seems to be an interesting field to you
Be passionate about technology and interested in constantly trying something new

Nice to have:

Hands-on experience with other back-end programming languages like Golang, Node.js or others
Any experience with DevOps practices (deployment pipelines, automation, etc.)
Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e. g. TypeScript, React, etc.)

Salary:

Gross salary: 3150 - 6950 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience
