Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead a cross-functional IT team, providing mentorship through all phases of projects from requirements analysis and design to development, QA, and market delivery.
• Define the vision for products, establish Go-to-Market strategies, and oversee product roadmaps to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Prepare and monitor capacity plans and financials, including budget forecasting.
• Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining structured, frequent communication and reporting status updates.
• Ensure flawless execution of projects by coordinating internal resources and third-party suppliers.
• Proactively anticipate project risks, plan mitigation strategies, and manage timelines, costs, and project scope.
• Monitor Agile team progress, ensuring smooth project flow and adherence to development milestones.
• Collaborate closely with business analysts (BAs), product owners (POs), technical leaders, and architects, supporting requirement analysis and following up on significant technical decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the design and development of high-quality, cloud-based software solutions.
• Promote and implement best practices across the software development lifecycle (e.g., secure coding, modularity, and future-proofing).
• Assist business teams in marketing efforts through demos, RFPs, and client workshops.
• Coordinate client support during deployments and proof-of-concepts.
• Develop comprehensive SDLC documentation and maintain project transparency.
• Inspire a collaborative, innovative environment that fosters team engagement.

Your Profile:

Experience:

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, with expertise in full-stack JavaScript and technologies like C#, .NET, SQL, and web applications.
• Strong background in the investment funds industry, particularly with reporting, tax, risk, and regulatory solutions.
• Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.

Skills:

• Deep understanding of technology architecture and solution design.
• Strong leadership, risk management, and strategic planning capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.

Languages: Proficiency in English for clear and articulate communication.
