Operational Resilience Security Consultant

For a major bank in Luxembourg, we are looking for an Operational Resilience Security Consultant.

The Operational Resilience Security Consultant analyses, designs, implements, maintains technical security, operational resilience and testing for the bank, ensuring that the entity remains within required regulations.

Your key experiences and skills

Technical specs

• Experience in Gap Assessment of IT Security Standards
• Experience in Back-up/Restore processes
• Experience in Software development lifecycle processes
• Experience in IAM processes

Operational Resilience

• Experience in Operational Resilience (BCM, BCP, DRP, etc.)
• Experience in Security and SDLC Testing (ie. static code analysis), working closely together with our SRE team

Network

In-depth knowledge of network documentation and segmentation

Cryptography

Knowledge of generic cryptographic algorithms and protocols, including key management processes.

Nice to have

• 5-10+ years in IT security related roles (architecture, officer, program manager, SECOPS, etc.).
• Experienced in Agile / Scrum / DevOps projects
• Experience and thorough understanding of continuous delivery, deployment tools and pipelines
• Experience/knowledge with multiple testing techniques, especially in the fields of performance and resilience
• Knowledge on Resilience Testing Strategy with Capacity impact Analysis

As an Operational Resilience Security Consultant you will also need:

1. Strong communication skills
2. Structured approach and proven record of meeting deadlines
3. Being resilient to stress when working on short deadlines
4. Fluent English speaking and writing. French is a real plus and a real differentiator.
5. Only European citizen or valid work permit for Luxembourg
