About the journey and the team

The Frame The Game journey started in September 2021. To date, we have partnered with 100+ clubs in Europe, including Internazionale, Borussia Dortmund and Feyenoord, resulting in 11,000 handcrafted frames reaching their new homes. And now… it’s time to scale up! Our next big challenges are:

• Bringing the art of framing into the digital world on both our platforms and integrate with those of clubs, so fans can design their masterpieces.

• Establishing and fortifying our relationships with clubs into sustainable multi-year partnerships.

• Shifting our business model to owning shirt stock ourselves by partnering directly with players.

• Launching FTG production facilities in new parts of the world. We’ve just opened our second location (next to HQ in Amsterdam) in London and are looking for new markets to enter.
  
  

Your role as a Graphic Design intern:

Under the wings of our senior graphic designer, your responsibilities will include:

• The expansion of Frame The Game as a brand.

• Play a key role in designing frames for (potential) partners, our e-commerce platform and framed shirts included the MatchWornShirt auctions.

• Content creation in our amazing infinity studio.

What we expect from you:

• You are currently studying towards / just finished a Bachelor / HBO / MBO degree in design or other creative field

• You are enrolled with a school in the Netherlands or you have an EU passport

• You have experience with Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

• You are available for a 5/6 month internship starting from February

• You are fluent in English (any other language would be an advantage)

• You are creative, well-organised and ready to join a fast-growing organisation

• You want to do good and contribute to a better world

Our procedure consists of 4 rounds:

1. An introductory call with our Talent Acquisition Manager (20 min)

2. Assessment Round (60-120 min)

3. In-office interview round 1 (45 min)

4. In-office interview round 2 (45 min)
