Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Lead AI Engineer. The Lead AI Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-based software solutions, collaborating with the team on development projects, and leading innovation initiatives. Some remote work is acceptable for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art AI models and solutions for business process optimization.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that align with the company goals.
• Stay at the forefront of technological advancements and integrate the latest technologies into projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and business development, to align technical execution with business objectives.
• Taking the lead and mentoring colleagues, fostering growth and collaboration.

Qualifications - Technical

• Strong background in Computer Science and Software Development
• Experience in designing and implementing AI algorithms
• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in data analysis and preprocessing with tools like Pandas, NumPy, etc.
• Pattern Recognition, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) skills
• Ability to lead AI projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field
• Previous experience in AI or machine learning projects is a plus
