B2B Remote Full-Stack Developer (Laravel)

Our client is a startup seeking a Mid-Level Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on backend development to join their growing team. The developer will play a key role in accelerating the development of the company's product. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about creating scalable and robust backend solutions while collaborating in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development:

• Design and implement robust and scalable backend functionalities using Laravel, focusing on complex data processing, API integrations, and system optimization.

Frontend Development:

• Develop and maintain functional, responsive user interfaces using Vue.js and Tailwind CSS, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with product and design teams to define and refine features that enhance platform functionality and user experience.

Agile Practices:

• Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and estimation meetings, contributing to the team’s overall improvement and delivery goals.

Testing and Optimization:

• Write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot and fix bugs, and optimize performance to ensure a seamless platform experience.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL
• 3+ years of experience with Vue.js
• Proficiency in Tailwind CSS
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Familiarity with other front-end technologies such as React or TypeScript
• Experience in backend optimization, security layers, or database scaling
• Familiarity with cloud environments and containerization (e.g., Docker, AWS, Azure)
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Understanding of microservices architecture and serverless frameworks

Location Requirement

This is a remote role, but we prefer candidates based in Bucharest. Monthly team meetings are organized to foster a collaborative environment.

This position is exclusively available under a B2B (Business-to-Business) collaboration model. Candidates must be eligible and prepared to work within this framework.
