Job Description:
- Manage, develop, implement and review the overall digital marketing strategy,
- Create and implement successful optimization strategies and solutions based on data, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals
- Planning of annual departmental budgets,
- Collabrate with the related stakeholders to define the scope and requirements of digital projects resulting in detailed work plans
- Manage and optimize marketing campaigns and run initiatives end-to-end on all performance channels.
- Establish and sustain relationships with 3rd parties related with marketing and analytics such as Google, Facebook, RTB, Criteo, Ad networks
- Planning, budgeting and implementing all processes that will ensure the continuity and development of projects,
- Managing and oversee all aspects of our digital presence including multiple Social Media platforms (YouTube / Instagram etc) SEO, PPC etc.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Programmatic Ad-buying, UX, CRO, Mobile Business, Mobile and Digital Analytics, Service design/Design Thinking
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field
- 5+ years in the digital space with experience delivering successful social, creator and influencer programs across channels such as YouTube, Facebook and Instagram,
- Good understanding of the industry andcommunity identity
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excited by creating unique and innovative ideas and executing with high-quality standards, adhering the deadlines
