Marketing Communications Assistant Manager

We’re on the lookout for a passionate Marketing & Communication Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic marketing communication plans aligned with overall business goals.

Developing marketing plan in align with the brand strategy to differentiate from the competition and drive growth and loyalty.

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication channels.

Overseeing the social media strategy for the company ensuring it aligns with the company's brands

Work closely with the Global operation teams to ensure consistent and on-brand messaging across touchpoints- and ensure alignment with external communications activities and incorporating global marketing initiatives into strategy and content

Supports Omni Channel Marketing with campaign development including creatives and content aligned with brands in accordance with priorities.

Manages to set KPIs for global &local campaigns prepares & presents campaign performance report to leadership team

Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.

Work closely with media agency on SEO and performance marketing needs.

Design & support event and fair organizations.

Monitor expenditures and ensure cost-effectiveness in all communication initiatives.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or in a related field preferred.

Solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.

Experience in digital product communication projects is a plus.

Enjoys working as a team member.

Willing to take responsibility.

At least 5 years experiences in a similar area.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.

Familiarity with global customer service standards

Advanced English level.
