Description;

• Following competitor, market, product, channel, and consumer trends analysis.
• Direct coordination of the launch of products, as well as their communication and corresponding training.
• Presentations, sales support. Follow-up of communication and related training.
• Review and validation of all product related materials. Strong collaboration with Marketing Communication team.
• Coordination with Supply Chain Management to improve the quality of sales forecasts using all available information (internal and external).
• Prepare the necessary analysis and statistics for the preparation of the budget.
• Coordinating Product Performance Meetings with central Product Management team and presenting market situation and key product performance.
• Implement product strategy short-term & long-term, product development and cost management.
• Create a lean and optimum portfolio based on market coverage analysis, market demand and profitability.
• Conducting new product tests.

Qualifications;

• Bachelor's degree from Engineering departments
• Advance knowledge of MS Office applications especially in PowerPoint & Excel dealing with big and complicated data
• Preferably capable of creating dashboards on Power BI tool
• Strong follow-up on open topics
• Fluency in English both written and spoken
• Native level Turkish is a must
• Strong analytical and problem solving & negotiation skills, communication skills and high sense of responsibility
