About The Job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Shape and execute the Communication roadmap focusing on all Human-Resource / People-initiatives, developing impactful messaging that strengthens organizational culture, aligns with business goals, and enhances employee engagement
  • Partner with global and local HR teams as well as the Internal Communication department to ensure consistent, targeted communication that resonates across diverse platforms, refining media formats to support employer brand visibility, engagement, and employee experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging content that reflects organizational values and goals, leveraging storytelling techniques and various media formats to foster a cohesive employer brand voice across all communication channels
  • Drive innovative HR initiatives to boost awareness and engagement, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of employees and ensuring a positive and meaningful experience
  • Continuously analyze employee feedback and communication trends to inform future strategies, aligning with organizational goals and optimizing talent attraction and retention


About You

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • University degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in communication roles, with a strong emphasis on change management communications
  • Previous experience in the field of HR would be beneficial
  • Strong expertise in social media and multimedia applications, with a proven ability to create persuasive and engaging content across diverse platforms
  • Knowledge of applications such as Photoshop, video editing tools, etc. are beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative ideas and compelling narratives that resonate with and engage diverse audiences
  • Experience in designing employee surveys and questionnaires is highly desirable
