My client is currently looking for an experienced professional for the position of ERP Project Manager who will join a dynamically developing team and will participate not only in implementation projects, system migrations to the latest version of Dynamics 365 F&O, but also in projects in the area of ​development, maintenance and product construction. Client is an international manufacturing company currently introducing innovative solutions that improve their efficiency.

• eading the project through the project lifecycle from design to closureD
• eveloping detailed project plans, schedules, and budgetsM
• onitoring project progress and adjusting plans as necessary to meet goalsA
• nalysing project requirements and organizing them effectivelyI
• dentifying the tasks required to deliver the project to the agreed specificationsC
• ommunicating regularly with stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectationsR
• eporting progress and issues to internal and external stakeholders on a weekly basisG
• athering data and reporting back to the development department for resolutionI
• dentifying and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycleE
• nsuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within a budgetC
• onducting post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvementD
• ocumenting the system to ensure future supportability

nowledge, Skills and Experience

A

• t least 8 years in IT Project ManagementA
• t least 5 years of PM experience leading complex ERP implementationsS
• trong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementationA
• t least one full ERP implementation project e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, OeBS, IFS, Oracle etc.P
• roficiency in English and Polish is a must
