VIP Business Development Specialist

Job Summary


CoinTR is a fully regulated, leading cryptocurrency exchange in Türkiye, dedicated to providing secure, reliable, and user-friendly services to our users. In our journey to the moon, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven VIP Business Development Manager to join our team in Türkiye. This role is ideal for candidates who has extensive experience in business development, client relationship management, and VIP customer service, preferably in the fintech or crypto industry.

You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and semi-institutional clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving their engagement with our platform.


Key Responsibilities

VIP Client Acquisition & Management:

  • Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients.
  • Develop tailored strategies to engage and retain VIP clients.
  • Proactively address VIP clients’ needs, providing exceptional customer service and personalized support.

Business Development:

  • Create and execute strategies to expand the VIP customer base and grow trading volumes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine product offerings to suit the needs of VIP customers.
  • Build partnerships with local and international stakeholders to enhance brand visibility and business opportunities.

Market Insights & Analysis:

  • Stay updated on cryptocurrency market trends and local (Turkish) regulations to provide clients with informed guidance.
  • Analyze client behavior and feedback to optimize the VIP customer experience.

Reporting & Strategy:

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Develop and present detailed business plans to senior management to highlight growth opportunities.


Key Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably in the crypto or fintech industry.

Proven track record of working with VIP clients or HNWIs.

In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and trading platforms.

Strong network within the cryptocurrency and/or financial services industry in Türkiye.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Turkish and English is required; additional languages are a plus.


Preferred Skills

Familiarity with local crypto regulations and trends in Türkiye.

Experience using analytics tools and dashboards, nurturing actionable insights from the data.

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
