Their key products focus on complex simulations above and below water, and a city-focused digital twin platform driving sustainable urban futures.

Role/Responsibilities

Position: Tech Lead

As a Tech Lead, you will:

• Lead a team of engineers in the development of a high-end open-world simulation platform.
• Oversee the creation and enhancement of a graphics platform and user-facing product which enables interaction with the open world.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary leadership to set the strategic direction for the products and advance technological capabilities.
• Foster an inclusive, open, and transparent engineering culture that makes the workplace enjoyable and rewarding.
• Mentor and coach team members to grow as technical experts, providing guidance and training alongside principal developers.
• Ensure team success by managing accountability and maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in technology, computer science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience with programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, or Python.
• Strong, proven experience leading diverse teams, with strong mentorship and talent development skills.
• Excellent communication abilities for engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong aptitude for setting technical vision and direction in an agile environment, ensuring alignment with stakeholders.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience developing real-time, low-latency, high-traffic systems (e.g., MMO or multi-projector projects).
• Familiarity with implementing observability patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Unity.
