The Validation/Characterization Engineering Intern at Texas Instruments are powered by a passion for continual improvement. Our solutions make a real difference and yours will, too. We make the semiconductor product design process easier and faster, which helps our customers succeed in today's fast-paced marketplace. In this role, you’ll support the development and implementation of test systems used both in high volume production and for our product validation system.

About The Job
The Validation/Characterization Engineering Intern at Texas Instruments are powered by a passion for continual improvement. Our solutions make a real difference and yours will, too. We make the semiconductor product design process easier and faster, which helps our customers succeed in today's fast-paced marketplace. In this role, you’ll support the development and implementation of test systems used both in high volume production and for our product validation system.
Minimum Requirements
- Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related degree
- Knowledge and development skills in:
- Embedded C/C++ (important)
- Python (important)
- LabVIEW (bonus)
- Knowledge of tools like GIT, Jenkins (CI/CD Pipeline), Jira and Confluence
- Hardware debugging skills
- Good English communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management skills and the ability to work towards a deadline
- Experience in RF operation and testing (bonus)
