Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly creative and talented Creative Designer to join our marketing team at FundingPips. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for design, excellent technical skills, and an ability to think outside the box to create engaging and visually appealing content. As a Creative Designer, you will collaborate with the marketing and branding teams to bring our ideas to life through various forms of digital media.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create visually compelling designs for social media, websites, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts, graphics, and layouts for new product launches, marketing campaigns, and company branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
• Work closely with the branding team to establish design guidelines, brand standards, and templates.
• Produce engaging graphics, infographics, and videos to communicate key messages.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools, ensuring the company’s creative output remains fresh and cutting-edge.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with the company’s objectives, target audience, and the industry.
• Take part in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and develop creative concepts for campaigns and promotions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Creative Designer or similar role (5+ years).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity and design capabilities across various media (required with application).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passionate about design and a keen eye for detail.
• Understanding of the forex industry and interest in trading is required.
