BI Developer/ Data Analytics

Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for an experienced BI Developer/ Data Analytics who will be working on the execution and production of BI Solution while developing and enhancing new BI solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for detailed technical design and development of specifications and applications according to business units requirements.
• Leads advicing process on the use of Hyperion OLAP and Business Objects tools and processes.
• Work closely with business to understand strategic and financial objectives, recommend solutions and/or alternatives and translate them into technical specifications and applications.
• Construct & implement physical database models and structures in Hyperions Essbase database. Develop data extraction and transformation software components required to build Essbase input files.
• Develop scripts to automate administrative tasks supporting Essbase and Analyzer. Write Reports in Business Objects. Develop Business Objects Universes.

Desired Skill-Set:

• 8 years of experience in Data Bricks
• 8 years of experience in Python
• 8 years of experience in SQL
• Experience in Tableau
• Communicated with different levels of stakeholders
• Experience in data analytics
• 5 years of experience in Agile (jira)

Nice to Have:

• Financial Industry Experience would be ideal
• 2 years of marketing experience
• Human centered design thinking
