- Collaborate with project and engineering team to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals and experience.
- Prepare technical drawings and specifications for production and communicate with manufacturers and suppliers for product execution.
- Conduct user research, analyzing user feedback and usage data to identify key opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
- Assist in defining, prioritizing, and detailing product features and requirements, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
- Analyse test results, summarise and communicate these with both technical and non-technical colleagues.
- Define plans, monitor progress and report to management on technical risks.
- Diploma / Degree in Industrial Design / Product Development / Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a Industrial / Product Design environment.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools to effectively demonstrate design concepts and user interactions.
- Demonstrated a track record of delivering impactful physical products or features from concept to launch.
- Proficient in 3D CAD skills (Rhinoceros).
- Candidates with a proven track record of leading design innovation and driving the development of industry-leading products may qualify for a senior role.
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to present samples of their portfolio (3D models, renderings, and sketches).
