What The Role Is

You oversee the department's administration, including documentation, manpower, logistics, regimentation, and disciplinary matters.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Maintain records and process documents
  • Update Human Resource (HR) systems
  • Manage assets and inventory
  • Support Regimentation and Disciplinary (R&D) processes
  • Supervise three executives


Challenge(s)

  • Balancing multiple responsibilities across different areas (HR, logistics, discipline)


What We Are Looking For

  • Education in Business Administration or a related field
  • Ability to handle a diverse portfolio in departmental administration
  • Resourcefulness and proactivity
  • Proficiency in Office IT applications
