AI Consultant (junior/mid)

As a member of the DS/AI Consulting and Advisory, you will participate in identifying new opportunities and engage in projects, mainly innovative. This team is a “Special Force” consist of best-in-class Data Scientists and ML Architects that help in business growth. It focuses on AI evangelization, hunting for AI/ML use cases, running PoC and helps other delivery team to lunch MVP or scale the solution.

Tasks

Data Science/AI Delivery:

Participating in DS&AI projects delivery, especially in early phase related to use-case definition and PoC.
Delivery of DS&AI Consulting and Advisory Services with focus on topic like AI Adoption, AI Architecture, and Regulations response.

Business Development And Profitability

Cooperate with Lingaro sales and delivery teams to identify and win new opportunities.
Offers and presentations preparation.
Developing DS&AI business through early-stage involvement into DS&AI customer journey.

DS&AI Offering

DS&AI value proposition and offering creation. Promoting it within the company and outside.
Evangelization in the field of AI/ML.
Monitoring of trends, competitors, market opportunities.

Customer Satisfaction

Helping team members and other units to achieve high customer satisfaction.
Building and maintaining relations with customers (mostly through close cooperation during project acquisition, and delivery), especially on the early stage of cooperation.

Requirements

Essential:

2+ years of relevant experience
Practical experience in the field of Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
Drive to understand business requirements and needs.
Ability to combine technical and business topics.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage stress to achieve excellence under time constraints.
Experience in working with stakeholders on different seniority and maturity level.
Experience working in the role of consultant or advisor.
Presentation skills.

Nice To Have

Experience in CPG industry.
Experience with Responsible AI and other DSAI related regulations.
