Senior IT Project Manager (Data Center Relocation)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager in Singapore to lead the Data Center (DC) Relocation Project of our client. The role involves assessing the impact of the DC relocation from customer, partner, and regulatory perspectives, ensuring compliance with Japanese and Taiwanese insurance regulations, and managing the overall project coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the DC relocation project, ensuring alignment with APAC and Asia team
• Assess regulatory impact on customers, partners, and local insurance laws (Japan/Taiwan).
• Manage legal and compliance aspects, including interactions with local legal representatives and insurance regulators.
• Structure and steer the project, focusing on compliance, legal, IT, budget, and tax considerations.
• Develop and manage the transition plan for the DC relocation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10+ years in IT Project Management (preferably in data center relocation, cross-border data transfer, or data privacy).
• Strong understanding of insurance regulations in Japan and Taiwan.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Japanese and/or Chinese is preferred.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and legal compliance.
