Business Analyst

Location: Tokyo

Language: Bilingual English & Japanese (N2)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify any gaps in Business requirements and conduct meetings with the customer BA team.
2. Understand system architecture and define Dataflow for end-to-end test flows.
3. Assist the testing team in achieving comprehensive test coverage.
4. Have prior experience in handling customer-facing digital applications as a business analyst.

Qualifications:

1. Must have extensive knowledge of the Life and Annuity insurance domain and a background as a Business Analyst for at least 5 years with previous experience in Commission systems
2. Possess sound understanding of Testing lifecycle, Test concepts, and processes.
3. Proficiency in SQL or DB2 query languages.
4. Experience with Salesforce technology.
5. Hold N2 or N1 JLPT certification.
