Hard Skills:

• Strong UX Design Skills: A deep understanding of user experience principles, including usability, accessibility, and information architecture
• React Expertise: Proficient in React.js and its ecosystem, including components, state management (e.g., Redux, Context API), and routing
• Node.js Experience: Solid knowledge of Node.js and server-side development, including building APIs and backend services
• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript: Mastery of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including modern JavaScript features and best practices
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD to collaborate with designers and create wireframes and prototypes
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) to ensure code quality and user satisfaction
• Experience with Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and their implementation in React applications will be valued
• GraphQL Knowledge: Understanding of GraphQL and its benefits for building APIs will be valued
• Performance Optimization: Experience with optimizing React applications for performance and scalability will be valued
• Accessibility Expertise: Deep knowledge of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices will be valued
