Product Owner

Right now, we are looking for a Product Manager to join our team at Globant!

What will help you succeed:

• Product vision, backlog creation, and clear communication of requirements to teams;
• Defining product features and writing user stories;
• Prioritizing items in the product backlog to achieve the defined goals with clients;
• Ensuring the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to everyone, and showing what the Scrum team will work on next;
• Building and maintaining the product roadmap;
• Validating products with external customers to ensure alignment with their needs;
• Maximizing the value of the work delivered by the development team;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools, such as Jira;
• Refining requirements in collaboration with external customers;
• Removing blockers and resolving conflicts within the team;
• Managing people and handling conflicts effectively;
• Analyzing market trends within the product's sector;
• Developing Go-to-Market strategies;
• Knowledge of regulations from the Central Bank.
