About the Role:

We’re looking for a Junior Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience, proficient in Python and with commercial experience in Microsoft Azure. Ideally, you’ve already delivered an Azure AI project—either professionally or through personal projects. You’ll work alongside a team of innovators to develop cutting-edge AI and automation solutions that drive the future of enterprise operations.

• Develop AI Solutions: Collaborate with the team to design, build, and deploy Generative AI and automation systems.
• Collaborate & Learn: Work with experienced engineers to push technological boundaries.
• Refine Your Craft: Enhance your skills in Python and Azure by working on impactful projects.
• Innovate Daily: Troubleshoot, debug, and refine AI-driven solutions to solve real-world challenges.

What You’ll Bring:

• 1-3 Years’ Experience: Strong Python skills and commercial experience working with Azure.
• Azure AI Experience: Ideally, you’ve worked with Azure AI services like Form Recognizer or Custom Vision, either in a professional setting or on personal projects.
• Problem Solver: You’re ready to tackle complex challenges and contribute innovative solutions.
• Growth Mindset: You’re eager to learn, improve, and grow in a dynamic environment.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or other Azure services.
• Knowledge of machine learning or data tools like Azure Databricks.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps.
