An exciting 12-month Project Manager contracting opportunity working with a leading global cloud-based software company. Specialising in customer relationship management (CRM) solutions and various business applications to help companies connect with their customers. The organisation are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a pedigree of delivering across HRMS projects.



Your New Role


As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of operations, playing a crucial role in managing and delivering. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Defining project scope, objectives, and requirements, and owning the project plan, schedule, budget, resource management, vendor management, issues, and risks.
  • Managing the delivery of multiple projects concurrently that have moderate to high levels of business or technical complexity and risk, involving multiple business areas and owners.
  • Being accountable to ensure project commitments and deliverables are met.
  • Interacting daily with development teams, quality engineering, business analysts, product managers, support teams, cross-functional business teams, and global process owners to develop overall program plans, schedules, and ensure the smooth delivery of the business solution and all deliverables.
  • Providing global and cross-functional leadership to local and virtual project teams, building a collaborative and productive environment for teams to excel in.



What You’ll Need to Succeed


  • Extensive experience in managing multiple full lifecycle HRMS, Financials, and/or CRM integrated implementations, with strengths in HRMS including HR, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance management.
  • In-depth knowledge of business applications and business process optimization, with a focus on HRMS, Financials, and CRM integrated systems.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Oracle Financials
  • Ability to work with deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated clear leadership skills and experience working with large, complex projects.
  • Formal project management training and education with professional project management credentials (such as PMP) are desired.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and principles.
  • Knowledge of on-demand web applications, web services APIs, and various integration technologies is a plus.
  • Background in business process analysis, requirements, design, and quality.
  • 4-6 years of experience delivering Full lifecycle HRMS implementations required.
