About the Role 🔍

As a Platform Engineer with our client, you’d deal with the latest trends in the Cloud Native community: YOUR opinion counts when it comes to technology selection and you’ll be the lead in the process of Cloud Automation and Cloud Infrastructure for technologically exciting companies.

Your role encompasses:

• Harnessing the power of Kubernetes and the CNCF ecosystem on a regular basis - you’d use Kubernetes daily, mostly for BUILDING big applications and integration platforms
• Coding in one of the Cloud Native languages, such as Python, Golang, TypeScript, or some other Cloud Native language which you find appropriate
• Helping your clients improve their Infrastructure as Code (IaC) through tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, and their DevOps practice
• Establishing and supervising of CI/CD pipelines, with tools like Gitlab CI/CD or Github Actions
• Collaboration with major public cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP

You're not just well-versed in Kubernetes; you're an expert. The intricate world of Kubernetes-native operator and controller patterns is where you thrive. You're the go-to person for setting up Infrastructure as Code (IAC) from scratch, transforming abstract concepts into tangible, efficient systems.

But it doesn't stop there. Crafting and managing build and deployment pipelines is your forte. The maintenance and monitoring of foundational infrastructure and services are part of your skillset. You're not just a developer; you're a versatile one, proficient in languages like Golang, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Java.

Competitive Salary: Annual gross income of up to €90,000 (for a more senior level, the salary is flexible)
