Your Role

As a Backend Developer in the product team, you will focus on creating solutions that enhance developer productivity and experience. You’ll work in a multidisciplinary Agile team composed of 1 UX Designer, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Product Owner, 3 Architects (.NET, Java, Python).

The team is expanding to include additional developers, and we’re looking for a versatile and committed professional to join. You will report to the Sub-Chapter Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Jakarta EE.
• Design and maintain REST and gRPC APIs.
• Apply SecDevOps best practices, including containerization and CI/CD pipelines.
• Deliver clean, production-ready, and scalable code.
• Collaborate within Agile (Scrum) teams to achieve project goals.
• Support cloud-native solution development and maintain SQL/RDBMS systems.

What You Bring

• Experience: At least 7 years of hands-on backend development with Java.
• Proficiency: Expertise with Spring, Spring Boot, and native Jakarta EE.
• API Development: Proven experience with REST and gRPC APIs.
• SecDevOps Skills: Advanced knowledge, including containerization and CI/CD.
• Cloud-Native Solutions: Solid understanding and implementation experience.
• Agile Projects: Minimum 5 years of project experience in Agile (Scrum) teams.
• Languages: Excellent English (C1); German and/or French are a plus.
• Database Skills: Experience with SQL/RDBMS and a basic understanding of streaming DBs.
