The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic generalist role with great learning and career opportunities working across our diverse range of industries. Working within the HR Shared Services Team, you will be providing 1st level support to our employees and managers across ANZ. You will be given exposure to compensation & benefits, as well as having the opportunity to learn to review and report on large data sets. You will also become an integral part of the onboarding and offboarding lifecycle across our business.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

• Providing first level HR support to employees and managers via our ServiceNow platform
• Reviewing and updating HR policies, processes and documenting them
• Data analysis and reporting
• Exposure to the annual Compensation & Benefit cycle
• Managing the end-to end employee lifecycle
