The Role

We’re seeking an IT Engineer Team Lead / Ingenieur to join a global leader in IT solutions. Based onsite at a client’s facility in Aarschot, Belgium, you’ll oversee the daily operations of the 2nd Line Support team, manage direct reports, and ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues.

The IT Engineer Team Lead / Ingenieur role is full-time, onsite offered as a 1-year fixed-term contract, paying €245 per day. There is a strong possibility of the contract being extended.

What's Required?

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong IT support experience
• Team leadership experience in an IT support environment
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
• Experience with Office365 Exchange Online administration and Active Directory
• Proficiency with Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS operating systems
• Experience troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Citrix, VPNs, and mobile device management (including Intune) is a plus
