NETWORK TEAM MISSION

The network team is responsible for monitoring operational activities and network projects, designing network infrastructures, improving them, and providing level 3 technical support.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Providing level 2 and 3 support for complex network incidents.
• Managing network-related issues and contributing to daily operations.
• Designing, implementing, and evolving network solutions based on requirements.
• Administering DDoS Arbor solutions and Palo Alto firewalls.
• Utilizing Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) for network access control.
• Participating in client integration projects, including firewall rule setup and ensuring compliance with security requirements.
• Conducting technological watch and recommending solutions adapted to the production environment.
• Being on-call every 10 weeks.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in network security.
• Excellent knowledge of networks, security, and operating systems.
• Strong expertise in Ethernet Switching, IP routing protocols (basic RIP/OSPF/EIGRP/BGP), IP QoS, and wireless networks with controllers.
• Experience with troubleshooting and implementing technologies such as Bluecoat, F5, Palo Alto, and Cisco ISE.
• Certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNA, CCNP) are a plus.
• Organized, proactive, deadline-oriented, customer-focused, with strong analytical skills.
• Team player with the ability to delegate and train others.
• Flexible: willing to travel to client sites and work on-call rotations.
• Fluent in French or Dutch, with technical English proficiency.
