Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Design & Implementation:
  • Architect and implement Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
  • Customize solutions to align with the banking customer's unique business goals, ensuring scalability and security.
  1. Customer Experience Optimization:
  • Design customer journey workflows and personalized experiences leveraging Adobe’s capabilities.
  • Analyze user behavior and engagement using Adobe Analytics to drive actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  1. Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and operations, to understand requirements and deliver tailored Adobe solutions.
  • Work closely with business leaders to align solutions with strategic objectives, such as customer retention, acquisition, and revenue growth.
  1. Integration & Technical Expertise:
  • Integrate Adobe platforms with CRM systems, core banking applications, and third-party tools.
  • Ensure seamless API integrations and data flows between platforms to support unified customer experiences.
  1. Training & Enablement:
  • Provide training sessions to end-users and business teams on Adobe tools and features.
  • Mentor junior consultants and internal teams to build in-house capabilities.
  1. Governance & Compliance:
  • Implement governance frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and data privacy laws relevant to the banking industry.
  • Monitor and maintain high system performance, addressing any issues proactively.
  1. Innovation & Trends:
  • Stay updated with the latest Adobe product updates and trends in the financial services industry.
  • Recommend innovative solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Education:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  1. Experience:
  • 15+ years of overall IT experience, with a minimum of 7-10 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
  • Proven experience in delivering digital transformation initiatives within the banking or financial services sector.
  1. Technical Skills:
  • Expertise in Adobe Experience Cloud, including AEM, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Target.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integration patterns (APIs, web services).
  • Knowledge of database systems, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices.
  1. Industry Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding of the banking industry, including customer behavior, compliance requirements, and competitive landscape.
  1. Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead teams in a dynamic environment.



Preferred Certifications:

  • Adobe Certified Expert (AEM Sites, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Campaign, etc.)
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Scrum Master).
  • Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure) are a plus.
