Project Management Officer

For a client in the region of Brussels, we are looking for a driven project management officer.

In this position, you would be responsible for:

• Support in developing the right solution for the connection of new grid users in the context of customer requests:
• Alignment of the hypotheses for carrying out customer studies in order to maintain consistency between all customer studies;
• Provide support in writing the reports for the customers based on the study conducted by the Grid Developers;
• Responsible for the entire process:
• Monitoring the progress of the customer surveys using a dashboard
• Analysis of bottlenecks in the process and making proposals for improvement
• Making proposals to improve administration (document management, etc.)
• Preparation of the decision for customer requests in the context of requests on the DSO grid + drafting a response to these external parties;
• Drawing up a process to keep an overview of all these requests on the DSO network.
• Depending on the growth of the competences, possibly handle simple customer files independently.
