Job Description:

We are seeking a driven and technically skilled Instagram Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Instagram accounts for both Deskspace and the CEO’s personal brand, ensuring the highest level of performance, engagement, and growth.

This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to Deskspace’s marketing success while also building a compelling personal brand for the CEO. Whether it’s driving brand awareness for ergonomic solutions or positioning the CEO as a thought leader in the industry, the focus is on practical, performance-driven strategies.

Tasks

• Develop and execute Instagram strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions for both Deskspace and the CEO’s personal brand.
• Manage day-to-day activities on Instagram, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with followers.
• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adjust strategies for continuous growth.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality, engaging content tailored to each brand’s voice.
• Stay updated on Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices to ensure maximum reach and engagement.
  
  
  

Requirements

• For the IG Account Manager role in Germany, proficiency in Deutsch is mandatory, while for the IG Account Manager role in the UK, proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts with measurable success.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms, engagement tactics, and growth strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Familiarity with performance metrics and social media analytics tools.
