Information Technology Analyst

Nord Group is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in bridging the gap between business and IT, driving requirement engineering work.

About the Role

As a Senior IT Analyst, you’ll join the Requirements and Analysis team in the Open Banking Service Domain. Your focus will be on delivering actionable analyses to design innovative solutions that enhance customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partnering with stakeholders to align business strategies with practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Gathering and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements through collaboration with teams like architecture, development, testing, and legal.
• Breaking down business goals into actionable technical specifications for IT teams.
• Ensuring smooth end-to-end development by maintaining clear requirements traceability.
• Producing detailed documentation, including use cases, to support development and quality assurance.
• Acting as a liaison for developers and testers, assisting with solution verification and test results analysis.
• Providing key stakeholders with insights on solution performance and impact.

• Practical expertise in SQL, user interface design, and architectural diagrams (e.g., sequence diagrams).
• An understanding of the banking sector, especially within payments.
• Strong English language skills and experience working in international teams.
